02What every tier includes

All tiers give you the full Africa Care Clinical OS — CARLEX AI clinical documentation, patient management, referrals, secure clinical messaging, the document engine, the notice board and the ward board. Tiers differ by the number of practitioners and practices covered, not by removing clinical features.

Features marked elsewhere on this site as "In development" or "Launching 19 September 2026" are not yet available and are not included in the price until released.

✳ Clinical responsibility

Africa Care is healthcare technology, not a healthcare provider. CARLEX AI™ supports registered healthcare professionals with documentation and practice workflows. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All clinical information generated with the platform is reviewed, edited and approved by the responsible healthcare professional, who retains full clinical responsibility for patient care.
